Percy Rose came to writing rather late in life and after a lot of encouragement from Lindsay Simpson graduated from James Cook University in 2012 with a Master of Arts (Writing). S/He travelled the world extensively, though there are many more places they still want to visit. English (Australian) is their mother tongue, however at one point they could speak 5 languages (Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Romanian, French, Spanish ) to a basic conversational level (plus a few words of Flipino) but now can just falter through French and Spanish.
Parent to four (4) wonderful children who continue to delight and surprise with their creativeness and goodness. Grand parent to 5.
They do not see age as a deterrent to ambition or achievement but rather a spur, inspiration and deep well to draw from.
